"Predominantly working with video, I draw upon the history of art, cinema and performance. With a keen interest in writing, I pursue a critical approach of my role as an artist and the situation of contemporary art. Moreover, I enjoy appropriating the absurdities of the world through various subjects of interest, and use techniques borrowed from (popular) culture.
My focus lies on the mystification that arises from demystification and the process of (making) things."
