Batsheva Ross (Born in 1977 in Jerusalem, Israel) lives and works in Brussels, Belgium. 

Her artistic identity is grounded in a subjective, contemplative approach. Her work engages questions of authority and agency, examining contemporary forms of spiritual redemption and the complexities of present-day society.

Although her practice has spanned multiple media, it has recently centred primarily on painting and drawing, alongside collage and writing.
