Varduhi Kirakosyan is a Paris-based curator and art critic. She is currently a PhD candidate in Art History at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, where she works under the supervision of Elvan Zabunyan. Her research explores the formation of diasporic identities in the aftermath of the Armenian Catastrophe, with a particular focus on contemporary artistic practices from the 1960s onward.
Her work has received support from several research grants, notably from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. Since 2024, she has also been a teaching fellow at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
A member of the Société des Études Arméniennes, Varduhi Kirakosyan is also a co-founder of QUILT, a research group dedicated to questions of art, mobility, and transnational practices. In 2024, she co-curated the exhibition program of the Festival Week-end à l’Est in Paris.
