Under the title Catalogue Raisonnable, the first retrospective publication of Jef Geys' work will be published this year. To mark the occasion, Kaat Obbels and Oriana Lemmens, research and editorial assistants of the publication, are pleased to give a talk on Jef Geys' archive and on archival material as an essential part of his artistic practice. The lecture, in which a number of works from the exhibition will be discussed, will take place in the WIELS Auditorium. Attendees will then be able to visit the exhibition along with the speakers.
