Daniel Blanga Gubbay is a writer and performing arts curator. He was part of the artistic direction of Kunstenfestivaldesarts (2018–2026), which featured Ali Cherri in its latest edition. He has worked as a curator of public programmes in various contexts, including the 36th São Paulo Biennial (2025), and has recently curated the exhibition Giorgio Morandi / Etel Adnan at MAMbo in Bologna. He holds a PhD in Cultural Studies and writes across different contexts. His forthcoming book, Notes on Spitting, will be published later this year.
