Catherine Mayeur has been working with Joëlle Tuerlinckx for many years and is the author of several texts on her work. She will share her informed views of this installation, offering a moment of exchange and critical analysis of its plastic and conceptual issues.
Biography
Art historian and art critic (AICA), Catherine Mayeur teaches at the Ecole de recherche graphique, the Ecole nationale supérieure des arts visuels La Cambre in Brussels and Arts² in Mons. She lectures on modern and contemporary art in various institutions and museums. She regularly publishes articles in journals and catalogues in Belgium and abroad.
