A group of young dancers who follow classes at Impulsion, the hip-hop dance school in Brussels, will give a dance performance on the occasion of Day of Dance, inspired by the exhibition of Ellen Gallagher and Edgar Cleijne and the themes of transformation and future worlds.
To them, hybrid life forms are gaining importance within the formation of identity of different groups in society.
The meeting between WIELS and Impulsion serves as the basis for the performance they will present on April 27 in WIELS. The performance will be resumed in the public space on Sunday, April 28, on the occasion of the finissage of the WIELS' exhibitions and Zondag Atomix in Forest/Vorst.
