WIELS is looking for an intern (m/f/x) to join its communication team, starting in April.
Missions:
- To produce various types of content for social media, in particular for TikTok and Instagram
- To help develop and distribute promotional materials
- To write newsletters
- To oversee the building's signage
- To update the website
- To develop a communication strategy for specific projects
- To be involved in the day-to-day operations of the organisation
- To participate in events such as exhibition openings, nocturnes, etc.
Profile
- A student with an interest in the cultural sector
- Available for a minimum of 3 months (3 days a week)
- Comfortable using TikTok and Instagram to engage audiences with contemporary art
- Excellent writing skills in Dutch/French and English
- Ability to work independently on defined tasks and coordinate regularly with the rest of the team
- Experience with photo and video editing, layout, and graphic design software
