Esther Gatón (b. 1988 in Valladolid, Spain), based in London, works across sculpture, video and text.

She studied Fine Arts at Saint-Luc in Liège, Belgium, the University of Barcelona and Goldsmiths London, and holds a PhD cum laude from the Complutense University of Madrid. Esther has exhibited work in institutions such as Capc (Bordeaux), Matadero, CA2M Museum and La Casa Encendida (Madrid), Patio Herreriano Museum (Valladolid) and Navarra University Museum. Her writings have been published by El Estado Mental, Materiales Concretos, Nero, A*Desk, and Urbanomic. Recent awards include London Art Council, a-n Bursaries, Veepee Visions of The Future, and Generaciones 2022. She is represented by Cibrián in Donostia, Spain, and by Irène Laub, Brussels.
