WIELS welcomes Camiel van Winkel for the presentation of his book Lichaam en steen, a book with essays on film, violence and self-destruction. Camiel van Winkel looks at film as a medium that represents the cultural unconscious. During this evening, the author will be in conversation with Marie-Aude Baronian (University of Amsterdam), Simon Delobel (KIOSK Gent), and Anton Jäger (University of Oxford).
